These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of internet connectivity and related services provided by AirBroadband.in (GSTIN: 07AAAAA0000A1Z5). By applying for, installing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & KYC
Services are provided subject to successful completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as mandated by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where valid KYC documentation cannot be provided.
2. Service Plans & Fair Usage
Plan speeds, data allowances and validity are as described on our Plans page at the time of subscription. While our plans are advertised as "unlimited data", usage remains subject to our Acceptable Use Policy — services may not be used for illegal activity, spamming, network abuse, or reselling bandwidth without written consent.
3. Installation
Installation timelines (typically within 48 hours of KYC approval in serviceable areas) are estimates and may vary based on site conditions, right-of-way approvals, or circumstances beyond our control. Installation and equipment (router/ONT) provided remains the property of AirBroadband.in unless otherwise stated, and must be returned in working condition upon termination of service.
4. Billing & Payments
Charges are billed as per your selected plan's validity cycle, inclusive of applicable GST. Invoices are made available via the customer portal. Non-payment beyond the due date may result in service suspension; continued non-payment may result in termination and recovery action as per applicable law.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practical. We are not liable for outages caused by force majeure events, third-party infrastructure damage, power failure, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for: non-payment, breach of these Terms, fraudulent KYC information, network abuse, or at your request with applicable notice. You may request disconnection at any time via a service request through the customer portal or by contacting support.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate KYC and contact information and keep it updated.
- Safeguard login credentials for the customer portal.
- Ensure safe, unobstructed access for installation and maintenance visits.
- Use the service in compliance with applicable Indian law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AirBroadband.in's liability for any service interruption or defect is limited to service credits or plan-period adjustments, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
